About the roleRecite Me is seeking a Software QA Tester to assess software quality through quality testing. This role will support the QA Head of Testing in testing activities, and the candidate should be ready to hit the ground running. You will be involved in manual testing primarily, pre-release and post release and writing test criteria to help guide our product feature specifications pre-code. We will look to you to write tests and guidelines for products in our portfolio, as well as giving feedback on potential UX and usability improvements or considerations.
You will lead manual testing efforts and provide valuable insights to ensure product quality. While manual testing will be your primary focus, you may also have the opportunity to work on our automation initiatives by contributing to test cases and assisting in automation planning
You will also keep on top of a portfolio of rapidly evolving products at different stages of maturity,
and providing feedback to help continuous improvement across the whole development process.
Requirements
Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities1. Participate in the planning, design, and execution of manual test cases across web and mobile
2. Work closely with the Head of Testing to support in preparing the test plans, creating & executing the test cases, monitoring bugs, re-testing bug fixes.
3. Make sure User Stories have well-documented User Acceptance Criteria by working alongside product owner/designers whenever required.
4. Plan and coordinate all cycles of testing, including functional-level system tests, business scenario-based testing, to ensure proper test coverage while mitigating redundancy where possible.
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Good knowledge of the test process (Analysing the requirements, writing the UACs, test cases, get test cases reviewed by Dev lead).
7. Experience in logging test cases/defects into Jira using Zephyr.
8. Ready to take up new challenges that may arise.
9. Good Analytical skills.
10. Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word & PowerPoint).
11. Execute all levels of testing (Sanity/Regression/Functional/Exploratory Testing).
12. Participate in release meetings, post-live testing and quality signoffs.
13. Validate application behavior against business requirements and acceptance criteria
About YouThe successful candidate will be extremely creative, we will look to you to write tests and guidelines for products in our portfolio, as well as giving feedback on potential UX and usability improvements or considerations. You will keep on top of a portfolio of rapidly evolving products at different stages of maturity and providing feedback to help continuous improvement across the whole development process by following different testing process in both Waterfall and Agile methodology.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of manual testing, help shape our QA processes, and may contribute to building test automation in a supportive capacity. You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure every release meets the highest quality standards.
Essential● Min 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on manual testing in writing the UAC’s and Test Cases

● Min 2 to 3 years of experience in JIRA and dashboards preparation.

Responsibilities
- Support and advice on all aspects of quality within Manufacturing UK; apply quality expertise to critical business issues to support business excellence, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Provide quality assurance assistance to Manufacturing UK in support of manufacturing excellence. Including development and delivery of quality awareness and other training.
- Supporting Manufacturing UK on all programmes to achieve cost, time and quality targets.
- Provide appropriate level of support to improve the effectivity of processes within the Company Business Management System and ensure they are correctly tailored for Manufacturing UK.

- Experience using both risk management and practical problem solving tools e.g. 8D, 5Y, PFMEA etc.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
- Quality Auditing experience
- Knowledge and experience of International standards such as EN9100/AS9100, AS9102, AS9145, AS9146, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, good planning and organising skills to ensure multiple tasks are prioritised and monitored to deliver set objectives
- Capability to identify sustainable business improvements & ensure effective implementation

Role summary
The person will support the team responsible for quality and regulatory compliance of the portfolio of products and all new product launches. This role will be office based.
We are open to candiates whos come from the FMCG , Personal care, Food, Pharma or Medical Device sectors.
Duties and responsibilities
- Review and approval of new product samples and artwork at all stages of the approval process including up to Gold Seal samples.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as NPD, Supply Chain and Technical for NPD launches and the management of our existing portfolio of products.
