We are seeking a highly motivated and experiencedSolicitorto join ourNon-Standard Litigation Team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to deliver.

• Handle a full caseload of RTA claims, including pre-litigated and litigated matters, from initial instruction through to settlement or trial.
• Prepare court documents, issue proceedings, and manage the litigation process where settlement is not possible, including attending hearings where required.
• Effectively use the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) claims portal for low-value RTA claims, ensuring all procedural steps and deadlines are met.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple cases
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experience fee earner with at least 3 years PQE

About the Company - Our client is a privately owned law practice who are partnered with an extremely successful estate agency in their local area. Due to ongoing growth they have an immediate need for a qualified, experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or a CILEX Qualified Licensed Conveyancer to join the team. Hybrid working is an option but their office is easily accessible from Manchester, Rochdale, Oldham, Huddersfield, and surrounding areas.
