**Job Summary:**
The Data Solution Architect is a senior role within the Data Management Practice with responsibility for the design of Selective Data Transition / Transformation (SDT) related solutions that meets the needs of our customers. You will work alongside the practice management and SDT / Data teams solutioning and overseeing projects, from early advisory & pre-sales stages to delivery and aftercare.
**Duties/Responsibilities:-**
Engage closely with your Data Management colleagues, the internal and external project teams and occasionally 3rd party solution providers to design, implement and quality assure our latest inhouse Data Migration technology, the Natuvion DCS tool and related offerings.
This will include:
Support the fast internal capability & capacity growth of our SDT teams in your role as Data Solution Architect, continuously driving to improve our methodology, knowledge base and delivery speed for existing and new projects.
Work closely with our internal onshore, nearshore and offshore resources, and where required with our 3rd party partners, overseeing quality of SDT delivery according to scope and budget.
Collaboratively support the Data Management leadership at any stage of the
(pre-)sales and deal review processes in defining future project roadmaps, scope and the commercial offerings for the Data workstream.
Lead and co-ordinate integrated workshops with detail and complexity for the Data workstream.
Jointly with the Data Lead of the respective projects, deliver roadmap, scope and knowledge sessions to customers, ensuring that through the design and lifecycle of the project customers are clear on the journey to leveraging value from their SDT solution.
Act as the Data Migration design authority on the relevant SDT projects in which your area of expertise forms a significant element of the overall solution and generate consulting revenue from such activities.
Adhering to the agreed NTT DATA strategy, engage in self-directed and other learning to keep pace with new SDT technologies and developments to ensure NTT DATA remains at the forefront of the market within which we operate. Share, use and communicate expert knowledge to develop others and make business processes more effective.
Be hands on and be able to support Data Migration Consultants if required.
Be able to lead data stream health check workshops with the projects in area of expertise to identify improvements, both strategic and tactical, and define a roadmap for their delivery if changes are required.
Recognise potential for repeat and extended business with respect to the data service offering by NTT DATA and provide comprehensive input. Support NTT DATA to grow our business by being alert to the customer opportunities that present themselves, including development and escalation of NTT DATA IP opportunities, as appropriate.

Contribute to our team and practice capability and growth; develop yourself and mentor our emerging talent community.
Broad ABAP experience with deep knowledge on ABAP based data selection and transformation logic.
Deep SAP table structure knowledge along with a good understanding of SAP high level business functionality.
Non-SAP system / migration experience desirable, but not required.
**Personal Profile/Experience:**
The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate at least 10 years' consulting industry experience overall with a minimum of 5 of those years spent working within a Selective Data Transition / Data Migration role.
Has a thirst for learning and staying on top of the evolving technology landscape. Actively shares and transfers own expertise and experience in a structured method, thus making it useful and transferable.
Proven and demonstrable experience in SDT solution design and architecture with successful delivery and experience of at least 5 full project lifecycles.
Should be skilled at leading the data related multi-disciplinary teams (including nearshore, offshore and 3rd party), developing and maintaining strong business relationships and managing data teams through complex SAP projects, with the goal of always providing real value to the client.
