As a Senior Solution Consultant with iCIMS you will generate interest in and excitement around the innovative iCIMS Solutions and the value they provide. You will focus on new and existing opportunities while providing evangelism and solution architecture skills.
We will provide training and coaching as you build presales expertise to strategically consult with prospects and customers to turn their challenges into potential solutions. Partnering with the sales team, you'll demonstrate how iCIMS can help organizations build their winning workforce. **Responsibilities**
+ Deliver value-baseddemonstrations, combining solution architecture, to business and technical audiences.

**Qualifications**

+ Ability to simplify complex technical information.
+ Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
+ Ability to travel at least 20% of the time.
+ Bilingual- fluent in French and English.
**Preferred**
+ Experience with Human Resource and/or Talent Acquisition software, as a practitioner or in a sales or support role.

The Solution Consultant will participate in the growth of the customer by utilising world-class technical pre-sales techniques to communicate the power, extensibility, and ease-of-use of the ServiceNow platform?

The Solution Consultant?is a pre-sales technical consultant?with?the advanced ability to?develop, position and?provide?technology based?solutions during sales cycles while achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory.
- Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by ServiceNow products including business transformation, operational efficiency, key regulations & resilience, evolving business needs, security, etc.
- Routine interaction with C-Suite Executives
- Interview customers both face to face and remotely to uncover their technology architecture and business needs.
- Partner with the sales teams in the customer account and strategy planning
- Lead technical discussions with your customers to help define objectives that ServiceNow can address and their business value
- Sell the value of our solution, not just the features and functions of the products
- Support and sometimes lead regional marketing events - user conferences, trade shows, webinars, etc
- Demonstrations of the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers, both onsite and via video conference.
- Collaborate in the creation of product demo scripts and scenarios.
- Develop a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform so you can be consultative and provide customers guidance and best practices in designing their solution
- Responding to Request for Information/Proposal documents
- Staying current on product developments/releases to a level required to brief customers on product roadmaps, deliver product demos and leading POV/POC cycles.
- Staying current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors.
- In conjunction with Sales Personnel and Professional Services, conduct transition briefings - communicate commitments, set expectations in preparation for deployment
- Act as the ServiceNow subject matter expert at Executive briefings/marketing events
**To be successful in this role you have:**
-Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
-Deep expertise (8+ years) of complex enterprise software pre-sales experience (Solution Consulting, Pre-Sales Engineering)
- Experience working with and selling to large enterprises (5000+ employees)
- Experience complex software solutions into the Wealth & Asset Management, Banking or Financial Services verticals would be a differentiator
- Exhibits a degree of technical expertise and understanding, with the aptitude to learn new technology and solutions quickly
- Able to articulate and logically communicate concepts with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills including technical and business concepts
- Understanding of and experience selling to Enterprise Architecture teams.
- Ability to understand the "bigger picture" and the business drivers around IT
- Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterpart?to guide execution excellence
- Business Travel,?as necessary within the UK and occasionally international travel to the US. Offices in London and Staines, and regular attendance is expected
- Fluency in English

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solution Consultant to join our dynamic Tulip team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and delivering MES solutions on the Tulip platform for life sciences clients, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medical devices. They may also work across other use cases outside of MES as needed. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, and support implementation to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand business processes and identify MES requirements specific to the Life Sciences industry.
- Design and architect MES solutions to address complex manufacturing and regulatory challenges.
- Define integration approaches and design between MES and other systems such as ERP, devices, and machines.
- Lead requirements gathering workshops and create detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants.
- Support pre-sales activities including product demonstrations, proposal preparation, and solution design.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients and internal teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MES implementation, preferably within the Life Sciences industry.
- Strong knowledge of MES platforms such as Siemens Opcenter, Werum PAS-X, Rockwell PharmaSuite, etc.
- Knowledge and experience of Tulip, or other low/no-code tools, is an advantage but not essential as extensive technical training will be provided.
- Proven experience in leading complex MES projects from concept to deployment.
- Knowledge and understanding of Pharma and Biotech industry & processes.
- Familiarity with GMP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP5, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as required to client sites.
