Success in this position requires a focus on media acumen, account management, and the ability to provide custom solutions for advertisers leveraging our unique ad product suite.nResponsibilities
Coordinate & execute established global account workstreams to empower global teams and local (country) markets both internally & externally.nTeam product expert, develop a strong knowledge base for TikTok product offering and advanced client reporting and measurement opportunities.nPartner with various cross-functional teams (including Consumer, Content, Product, and Revenue teams) to organize and implement complex global projects.nAct as an internal client advocate and knowledge center: forecast marketing beats and content launches, anticipate KPIs and identify opportunities for growth.nBuild marketing materials that help guide best practices across creative, ad products, and measurement.nCommunicate with a clear & candid approach, effectively driving value for cross-functional and local partners.nManage and track global investments & projects by building and maintaining trackers.nQualifications
Minimum QualificationsnDemonstrated experience working in digital media, advertising, or tech platformsnExperience in account management / client services, managing media budgets and campaignsnAbility to project manage and collaborate with multiple cross-functional stakeholdersnComfortable working in a startup culture: demonstrates flexibility and is quick to adapt to changesnStrong XLS and PPT skills and the ability to analyse data and identify insights to assess campaign performance and provide recommendationsnHigh attention to detail and very organizednPreferred QualificationsnSelf-starter, a fast learner who has critical thinking skillsnPassionate to excel in the media and tech landscapenComfort in working with Google Suite and Microsoft Office (namely Excel and Powerpoint)nExperience working with global partners in different time zones & culturesnPassion for data and technologynHumble and open-mindednAbout TikTok
