Job Description
Solutions Engineering works closely with Customer Success and are responsible for understanding, representing and delivering outstanding customer services to standard clients. This is achieved by consulting on 1PD strategy, platform usage and partnerships. The team feedback to the business core requirements and opportunities discovered with the intention to collaborate across internal departments for renewals, platform challenges, upselling, case studies, legal queries to maintain service for clients.
In this role, you will be a key technical resource and advisor across InfoSum’s product suite for prospective customers in the UK. Your work will include contributing to sales presentations, providing product demonstrations, workflow modeling, solution design, and ensuring our customers fully grasp the value and benefit they can unlock from the InfoSum platform. At the deal close stage, you will partner with our Client Success and Sales team to turn these solutions into reality, providing detailed documentation to guide our Implementation team and providing ongoing technical leadership.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a technical SaaS pre- or post-sales role.
- Previous experience in client-facing technical consulting, solutions architecture, implementation and/or sales engineering within a B2B software, SaaS, martech or data technology business.
- Demonstrable knowledge of the inner workings of the marketing and advertising world, and the needs of advertisers, media owners and data companies within it.
- Hands-on familiarity with data query languages, data warehouses, or databases (i.e. Amazon S3, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, SQL).
- Exceptional presentation skills and communication skills with the ability to engage with and translate between technical experts and key business decision makers.
- Excellent long-term client relationship management capabilities in conjunction with strong project management skills.
