We are now very excited to grow the team further by hiring somebody to take ownership of spearheading our Identity Security offering across Customer Identity Access Management (CIAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM) & Single Sign On (SSO).
What will you be doing?
- Support all of Phoenix's’ sales teams in developing strategic customer relationships and enabling confidence in customer conversations.
- Act as the go-to Identity Security expert for internal training, onboarding, and enablement across all levels, including new starters and leadership teams.
- Own and achieve a defined gross profit (GP) target, monitoring P&L performance and driving pipeline activity through reporting and follow-up.
- Collaborate with marketing to create and execute tailored campaigns that support Verkada growth and customer engagement.
- Manage the relationship with vendors such as; BeyondTrust, OKTA, Sailpoint, OneIdentity, Saviyant, CyberArk & Imprivata regarding accreditations, joint planning, resource alignment, and regular business reviews.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base while ensuring SLAs and service expectations are consistently met.
- Oversee internal processes such as vendor days, documentation management, and cross-team communication to embed Identity Security in our go-to-market approach.

What are we looking for?
The right person for this role will already have proven experience in a similar role, preferably within another reseller or vendor. Knowledge of the Identity Security sector is the most important attribute and is more important than general business development experience.

- Strong knowledge of Identity Vendors and experience of selling their products and solutions
- Ability to learn and position new products quickly, with a consultative and solutions-led sales approach.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience building and maintaining effective customer and vendor relationships.
- Comfortable delivering training, product knowledge sessions, or team enablement activities.
- Commercial awareness, with the ability to support pipeline development and contribute to revenue targets.
- Analytical mindset, able to interpret performance data (e.g. sales reports, P&L insights) to inform actions.
- Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player, able to work cross-functionally and support wider business objectives.
- Willingness to become a subject matter expert and act as a key point of contact for a high-growth area.

Program Execution & Stakeholder Management

Drive execution by:
- Managing complex product launches, guiding teams through Mastercard's Studio framework to accelerate delivery, ensure quality, and enable scalable solutions
- Leading governance forums that ensure visibility, accountability, and timely decision-making for senior leadership
- Translating strategic priorities into structured, actionable roadmaps
- Facilitating regular meetings between Global Product and Regional Product teams (AP, EEMEA, EUR, LAC, NAM) to enhance and evolve product design.

Project Leadership Across Lifecycle Phases
- Initiate and scope projects with clear plans and realistic stakeholder expectations

- Communicate progress and risks to senior stakeholders

Essential knowledge, skills and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- Significant experience in program or project management (experience in financial services, management consulting, B2B payments, or enterprise SaaS strongly preferred)
- Strong domain knowledge in acquiring, commercial card payments, or AR/AP platforms.
- Familiarity in supplier lifecycle flows - from onboarding to reconciliation.
- Proven change management skills including business case definition, project plan creation, risk articulation, and status reporting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident in interactions with senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to navigate matrixed organizations, aligning priorities across multiple business units, functions, and geographies
