TE Connectivity's Strategic Sourcing Teams develop and implement multi-year strategies for assigned commodities, suppliers and parts/services to achieve established goals in supplier quality, delivery, price and service. They align strategy and execution with cross-functional partners such as engineering, manufacturing, product management and functional owners.
Join us as a Supplier Performance Analyst and lead the charge in improving supplier delivery, quality, and inventory. You'll partner with Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, and Operations teams to build strong supplier relationships and drive performance that exceeds customer expectations. Your insights and actions will make a real impact on our business success!
**Your main tasks:**
+ Establishing the supplier sourcing strategy, identifying and managing the customer needs, and deciding the strategic suppliers accordingly to maintain the product footprint.
+ Monitoring the negotiation of raw materials, preparing the RFQs in alignment with the supplier strategy, and assisting with make or buy analysis.
+ Driving the teams for savings and spending reduction initiatives, improving material productivity, and ensuring compliance with the regulatory standards of the suppliers.
+ Leading the optimization of supplier footprints, monitoring the supplier consolidation activities, and setting up the new suppliers in alignment with the strategy
+ Assess supplier capabilities to meet business requirements.
+ Partner with SQEs to resolve quality issues.
+ Train suppliers on TE tools and procedures.
+ Coach new team members on TE systems and guidelines.
+ Support Commodity Managers in monthly and quarterly supplier reviews.
+ Monitor supplier performance metrics and communicate insights.
+ Help plan and execute Supplier Town Hall meetings.
