**Work Model** - Hybrid.
Are you passionate about customer service and fluent in SPANISH ? We're looking for a dedicated individual to join our London team as a Maps Reporting Specialist with Spanish Language! Your Responsibilities would include delivering exceptional customer support for our maps service analyzing and reporting map data to ensure precision and quality and collaborating with a global team to improve user experience.
**Skills and Requirements**
- Must have good oral & written communication skills and the ability to read, write, & speak fluent English and Spanish.
- English fluency is a requirement as all tools, communication, documentation, training, work are in English.
- English language skill of candidate are assessed using Apple provided Comms assessment
- Setup, configure and maintain devices for editing, testing and documentation as per instructions provided by Apple.
- Communicate and update Apple manager on status of assigned tasks.
- Liaise with other support groups in Apple.
- Graduation/15 years of education is minimum qualification requirement.
- Interest in Apple products and / or mapping (preferred but not required).
- Mac OS X experience preferred.
**Skills and Requirements**
2+ years technical support or other problem solving experience required.
- Skilled researcher and comfortable using a variety of online sources.
- Keen attention to detail and Self-motivated.
- Customer service background (Communications team) preferred, but not necessary.
- Perform information validation by calling if required.
- QGIS skills would be an advantage.
- Able to maintain positive attitude and attention to detail when performing repetitive tasks.
- Adaptable and able to learn new projects and processes.
- Can summarize information from different spoken and written sources.
- The ability to differentiate different types of meaning in complex situations i.e. direct communications with our customers.
- Written and verbal fluency in the agreed language(s) without aids (e.g., translation software or tools).

About the Role:
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our customer acquisition and revenue growth efforts. You’ll take ownership of the entire sales cycle—from generating leads to closing deals—making full 360 sales experience essential.
This is a hybrid role, requiring one day per week of travel to our Hitchin office, with the rest of the time spent working remotely. Candidates must speak Spanish, live in England, and have SaaS sales experience with a strong understanding of sales processes. Additionally, exposure to finance or invoicing automation platforms is required. Candidates should live near Hitchin to ensure easy access to the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source new sales opportunities through outbound channels, including cold calling, targeted emails, and LinkedIn messaging.
- Consistently track and manage all Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) with precision and follow-through.
- Be confident and ready to engage in cold calling as a primary outreach method.
- Assess and establish client needs to effectively position solutions that meet their requirements.
- Drive revenue by closing sales and meeting or exceeding monthly quotas.
- Conduct thorough research on target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate initial interest.
- Expand and manage a robust database of prospects within your assigned territory to sustain a healthy pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal teams to strategise, build pipeline momentum, and close deals efficiently.
- Conduct impactful online demos for prospects, showcasing product value and relevance.
- Present and validate the ROI of our solutions to prospects to build stronger interest and trust.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with outstanding interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
- Leverage prospecting platforms effectively, including LinkedIn, CRM tools, and other sales technologies.
- Be open to working 2–3 late shifts to align with client needs or team collaboration across time zones.

Requirements
Sales Experience
- At least 3 years of closing sales experience within the SaaS industry and Finance platform experience
Deal Management
- Demonstrated ability to manage and successfully close complex deals involving multiple stakeholders.
Sales Methodologies
- Familiarity with recognized sales methodologies such as SPIN, MEDDPIC, Challenger, or similar approaches.
Product Demonstration Skills
- Expertise in delivering engaging and persuasive online product demonstrations.
Communication Skills
- Exceptional communication abilities, capable of effectively engaging prospects at various organizational levels.
Finance Sector Experience (Preferred)
- Prior experience in the Finance sector is highly desirable.
Language Skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
