Key Responsibilities:

- Strong understanding of child development theories and the specific needs of children with conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, or physical disabilities.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and frameworks for SEN in early years (e.g., SEND Code of Practice).
- Excellent observation, assessment, and record-keeping skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support children's learning and well-being.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a supportive team.
