The Product Specialist plays a pivotal role within the Customer Interaction Centre, serving as a knowledgeable and empathetic representative of Convatec, you will guide customers with integrity and expertise, embodying the company's values in every interaction. - Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical staff or development teams with comprehensive details.
- Manage and update the company's knowledge base with solutions and troubleshooting guides.
- Identify trends in support requests and collaborate with product teams for bug fixes and feature enhancements.
- Assist in training Tier 1 support staff and creating user documentation.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues, maintaining high satisfaction rates.
- Document all support interactions and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
- Proven experience in a Tier 2 or Senior Technical Support role.
- Strong understanding of operating systems, networking, and common software applications.
- Experience with SaaS products and cloud environments is a plus.
- Proficiency with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and diagnostic skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
