Compass Associates are proud to be working with a nationwide provider of specialist residential and education services, to recruit an experienced Speech & Language Therapist to join their new clinical team in the Midlands.


This is a full-time permanent role, where you will work with adults who have additional learning needs, challenging behaviours and communication difficulties, due to backgrounds of autism, learning disabilities/difficulties and developmental trauma. There are nine community day services in the Midlands region, which all offer a range of activities (such as sports, exercise, sensory, crafts and cooking sessions) to work on personal, communication, life and social skills, in a fun and interactive learning environment.


Although having a clinical base, you will be required to travel to the different day services, depending on clinical need, to carry out assessments, provide therapeutic interventions and deliver training to support and teaching staff. In addition to this, you will liaise closely with local
