About the role



We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics and Power Apps developer, who is familiar with Dynamics CRM, AI Builder, and Co-Pilot. The candidate will take ownership for the whole end to end delivery, performing analysis, design, configuration, testing, and maintenance of large-scale case management application. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with significant experience in architecture, design, and development of applications on MS Dynamics/power platform and having reasonably good communication skills. He/she will be part of a global team that will help onboard different operational use-cases that currently require manual work and consequently bring more efficiency and risk reduction benefits for our Operations users. This requires close collaboration with peer infrastructure teams, business function aligned teams and with business users. 



Specifically, the person will be responsible for the following:

•Work with the Product owner/stakeholders/business analysts to understand the requirements, conducting tech analysis and producing project plan.

•Define Architecture and Design. - Build functionality within Dynamics in an iterative fashion with full unit and integration tests for each function.

•Responsible for Integrating external systems using Azure logic apps, data migration and setting up standard and custom reports

•Responsible for setup, administration, and user training of the Dynamics – CE system - Responsible for integrating AI Builder and CoPilot with Dynamics

•Responsible for setting up security configuration for the production and other environments

•Help support release deployment and provide postproduction support



Required Skills:



•Experience delivering solutions using Microsoft Dynamic 365 Customer Engagement

•Experience delivering solutions using Power Apps, Power automate, Plugins, AI Builder, CoPilot and related architecture and design practices

•Experience with Azure, Azure DevOps for CI/CD and C#.net

•Experience of iterative / agile development practices

•Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.

•Excellent communication skills

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience, with 5 years focused on cybersecurity for embedded or software-defined systems.
**Desired Characteristics:**

Qualifications and Skills:





8 years of software testing experience in native iOS and Android mobile applications.

+ years of experience in functional testing of web applications.

Strong grasp of testing methodologies for all types of testing - Functional, Regression, Sanity, Smoke, White box, and Black box testing.

Experience with Atlassian products like JIRA, Xray, and Confluence.

Experience with Postman and API Testing.

Proficiency in BDD Gherkin scripting language.

Experience working closely with software development and product teams in an agile environment.

Excellent time management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and function in a fast-paced and flexible environment.

Experience in release cycle management in an agile environment.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to handle complex or ambiguous situations.

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Good understanding of Source Code management and Version Control systems like GitHub and SourceTree.

Knowledge of Android Studio and Xcode.

We are seeking an Automation Engineer to drive the optimization and efficiency of system operations. You will take the lead in automating and improving operational tasks through the development of web applications and small-scale scripts.nAutomating system operation maintenance, management, and incident response (design and development of SPA web applications and small-scale scripts, etc.)nTaking responsibility for part of system operation tasks, identifying opportunities for automation, defining technical requirements, and implementing solutionsnCollaborating and communicating with other operations teams and stakeholdersnSkills You'll Need to Succeed

Ability to define requirements in Japanese (both written and spoken Japanese)nHands-on development experience in at least one of the following: Python, Ruby, Go, or JavaScript (TypeScript)nExperience with infrastructure such as servers, networks, and cloud platformsnPractical experience in SPA web application development (especially with Vue.js)nExperience developing scripts to automate routine operational tasksnOther
