About the role

In this role, you will be engaging with potential clients through dynamic sales presentations conducted via phone and WebEx, with face-to-face visits scheduled when necessary. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and delivering large-scale technology transformation programmes while acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. The role This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for driving consulting growth and ensuring the successful delivery of complex programmes. You will: Develop and expand client relationships within Defence & Secure markets. Lead multi-disciplinary teams on transformation programmes, typically involving 20 consultants. Spot and qualify new opportunities, manage bids, and secure new business. Oversee delivery across cloud, infrastructure, applications and data-related projects. Mentor and develop junior consultants, building a high-performance culture. Influence senior decision-makers and translate business challenges into practical technology-led solutions. Maintain high standards of quality while negotiating favourable outcomes for clients. What we’re looking for: Current DV clearance. Broad strategic experience across at least two ADS areas, with recent consultancy work in the Intelligence Community. Evidence of successfully winning, delivering, and scaling transformation projects within Defence/Secure environments. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to resolve complex challenges with innovative solutions. Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills. A well-established senior network within ADS organisations and partners. Background in managing large teams and high-value programmes.
