Job Description:

You'll ensure that all necessary flight documents are prepared accurately and completely, place orders for daily catering services, and maintain comprehensive flight records. Post-flight, you'll handle the accurate filing of documents and perform statistical analysis of flight coupons.
- In cases of lost baggage, you'll diligently coordinate with the handling agent to locate and deliver lost items to their owners. If necessary, you'll follow the compensation process accordingly.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or at least high school graduation.
- Permanent residence permit in the respective country (the company does not provide or assist with work permits).
- Minimum of 1 year experience in civil aviation or tourism.
- The ability to thrive in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent command of English and proficiency in local language(s).
- Availability to work in shifts, including overnight shifts.
- A team player who can also work independently when needed.
- Ability to multitask effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated a sense of responsibility and the ability to make accurate and effective decisions.

- Technically assess waste before uploading lists into Salesforce
- Liaise with sites regularly regarding incoming wastes
- Checking and generating paperwork and labels
- Responsible for ensuring all wastes are segregated and stored according to relevant regulations and legislation
- Managing inputs and maintaining stock levels of waste and packaging
- Arrange transport and disposal of loads to both internal and external customers

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Transfer Station, ensuring full compliance with environmental permits, health & safety regulations, and all statutory requirements.
Oversee waste reception, storage, segregation, and onward transportation in line with company and legislative standards.
Lead, motivate, and manage the site team to deliver operational efficiency, maintain quality standards, and achieve KPIs.
Take responsibility for site budgets, cost control, and financial performance, including full P&L accountability.
Implement and maintain robust systems for reporting, auditing, and operational improvements.
Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Waste Management or Environmental Services (Transfer Station operations essential).
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and ensuring compliance with H&S and environmental regulations.
In-depth understanding of permit requirements, waste handling processes, and duty of care obligations.
IOSH or NEBOSH qualification desirable.
Excellent organisational and communication skills with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
