Staffline is recruiting a Stock Administrator to join our team in Avonmouth .
The salary is £28,(Apply online only) to £2,450 per annum based on actual shift patterns worked.
This is a full-time position working a 3 on / 3 off. The shifts are:
-6am to 6pm
-6pm to 6am
Your Time at Work
As a Stock Administrator, you will report to the Stock Supervisor and provide administrative support to the stock team. You'll help ensure stock accuracy across the operation while liaising with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Other responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and aligning stock records for key customers
- Carrying out stock investigations and reporting discrepancies
- Supporting stock-related queries and updating internal systems
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships across departments
Our Perfect Worker
You'll have strong IT skills and ideally experience using WMS or SAP systems. You'll be organised, reliable, and confident working in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail.
This role is ideal for someone looking to take ownership of their work and contribute to the smooth running of a high-performing stock function.

Through organization, planning, monitoring, liaising, and reporting with supervisors and management across the operation, the tech admin will ensure admin tasks are carried out in a timely manner and to the required quality standards in compliance with business policies and procedures.
* Work with various teams and individuals within the department to meet departmental goals.
* Complete inbound extraction of all Back Market C2B orders to include completion of the UK BackMarket buyback log.
* To verify and validate all Back Market orders through the Back Market portal and to update the business records through the UK BackMarket buyback log.
* To complete all CS workloads pertaining to the BackMarket workloads through the portal to include customer responses and returns
* To manage our 'on hold 'stock to ensure all triage work and stock holding is managed and actioned in a timely manner
* Maintain excellent stock and workspace conditions in compliance with H&S policies and procedures
* Compliance with and communication of all health and safety requirements and guidelines
The second role is for a Stock Admin:
The role of the Tech Admin Stock Control is to work closely with the Tech Stock Controller in completing departmental stock takes on all tech sub departments and tech stock holdings.
Through organization, planning, monitoring, liaising, and reporting with supervisors and management across the operation, the tech admin will ensure admin tasks are carried out in a timely manner and to the required quality standards in compliance with business policies and procedures.
* Conduct daily stock takes of stock holding through a predetermined schedule throughout the department
* Perform weekly high-value specific stock takes
* Assist in all picking and reconciliation of stock requirements
* To ensure consistent levels of stock are maintained to achieve business goals and sales targets through regular stock taking
* Help in managing goods received conducting counts and reconciliation work ion inbound product
* Helps manage the warehouse and departmental space to ensure stock holding is managed as expected
Both roles are Monday - Friday,
either 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm, 7.5 hours paid per day.
The pay rate will be £12.46 an hour

The Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Order & Stock Administrator to manage the flow of order information, support stock accuracy, and maintain effective communication between customers, internal teams, and logistics providers. This is a temporary 6-month contract role.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main contact for order information from receipt to delivery
Process and update orders, including changes to quantities and delivery dates
Handle queries related to product codes, pricing, and stock availability
Liaise with third-party logistics (3PL) to resolve delivery issues such as shortages and discrepancies
Support stock management processes and ensure data accuracy in SAP and Excel
Assist with planning support activities, including forecasting and product receipt documentation
Monitor and communicate key customer service indicators

Experience in an administrative, logistics, or operations support role
