Our client is a rapidly growing technology firm looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Strategic Alliances and Partnerships to drive significant growth through impactful collaborations. This is a crucial, fully remote leadership role where you will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and closing strategic partnerships that align with our company's vision and market expansion goals. You will develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy, working closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, product development, and legal. This role requires a strong understanding of market dynamics, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of building and managing successful business relationships.

- Define and implement the overall strategy for strategic alliances and partnerships, identifying key target partners and market opportunities.
- Lead the full lifecycle of partnership management, from prospecting and due diligence to contract negotiation and ongoing relationship management.
- Develop compelling value propositions for potential partners, highlighting mutual benefits and growth potential.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define technical integration requirements and roadmaps for partner solutions.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and co-marketing initiatives with partners.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, actively seeking out new partnership opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify emerging partnership opportunities and threats.
- Negotiate complex partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Track and report on the performance of strategic partnerships against defined KPIs.
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to a growing partnerships team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or alliance management, preferably in the technology sector.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and closing significant strategic partnerships.
- Strong understanding of partnership models, contractual agreements, and negotiation strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and legal teams.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify actionable partnership opportunities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM and partnership management tools is a plus.
