  • Maintain a live pipeline of tenders and opportunities, ensuring RTN is well-positioned for the most relevant bids.


Bid Management & Tender Writing

  • Lead the full bid lifecycle including scoping, writing, coordinating, editing, and submitting tenders.
  • Produce compelling, high-scoring, and compliant submissions, with particular focus on NHS tenders.
  • Work collaboratively with clinical, operational, and governance teams to create accurate and persuasive responses.


Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships

About You


Essential

  • Experience working directly with NHS commissioners, procurement teams, or ICBs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder bid processes from end to end.

  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to produce persuasive and compliant bids.
