  • Navigate procurement frameworks (e.g. NHS Supply Chain, tenders)
  • Align market access and sales strategies to accelerate commercial rollout
  • Build relationships with clinicians, commissioners and procurement leads
  • Feed payer, procurement and clinical insights into pricing and GTM strategy
  • Support EMEA access and distribution strategy as the business scales


About You


  • 4+ years’ experience in market access, NHS business development or commercial roles in medtech or medical devices
  • Strong understanding of NHS commissioning, procurement, and reimbursement pathways
  • Experience turning pilots or evaluations into funded rollouts
  • Comfortable engaging with clinical, payer, and procurement stakeholders
  • NICE Medtech engagement experience desirable
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable in a scale-up environment
  • EMEA access or distributor experience a plus
