Your role at Dynatrace

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of services that are based on the Dynatrace Unified Platform, from deployment and training to long-term managed services. To ensure new consultants are sufficiently equipped for success, Dynatrace Services provides an outstanding training program that is a mix of classroom, v-learning, self-study, and in-the-field observation activities. Once training is complete, consultants are expected to represent Dynatrace in the highest professional manner, through written and oral communications, to ensure maximum client satisfaction for all engagements. You are expected to represent Dynatrace as a product expert and a trusted advisor in Digital Transformation.

Responsibilities :

  • Monitor client’s critical application performance and availability.
  • Summarize and review performance trends in operations status meetings.
  • Assist client staff in the troubleshooting and root-cause diagnosis of performance issues.
  • Maintain and enhance dashboards and reports to meet requirements of IT and business users.
  • On-board additional applications for monitoring Mentor and train customers on the Dynatrace Platform and Best Practices.
  • Provide services that maintain and grow the adoption of the Dynatrace Platform in customer environments.
  • Provide regular status updates and project documentation to support efforts at customer engagements.
  • Assist sales team in identifying new opportunities for product and services at customer sites.
  • Ensure health of the client’s Dynatrace Platform deployment and update software with any necessary service packs.
  • Maintain accurate deployment documentation.

Travel Requirements:

  • Most Dynatrace Services client engagements are mid to long-term assignments at a single client location and usually do not require travel. However, in those cases, relocation or working remotely may be required.
What will help you succeed
  • 2+ years IT working experience in the areas of Application Performance Management, application monitoring, network administration, system administration, performance engineering / testing, or Java/.NET development.
  • 1+ years of experience in software engineering and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
  • 1+ years of solid enterprise level .NET or Java development/support/operations.
  • 1+ years of experience in web programming: JavaScript, AJAX and other JavaScript frameworks Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience with application technologies (J2EE, .NET, Citrix, Microservices).
  • Experience with database technologies (Oracle, DB2, MS SQL).
  • Good understanding of distributed applications.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Client Engagement

  • Lead the development of enterprise data and AI strategies for major financial institutions.
  • Facilitate executive-level workshops and align stakeholders around strategic goals.
  • Identify and prioritise high-impact use cases that drive AI-led innovation and operational efficiency.
  • Develop compelling business cases, board-level narratives, and investment strategies to support AI and data transformation.
  • Advise on operating model transformation to support AI adoption and insight-driven decision-making.

Thought Leadership & Delivery

  • Act as a subject matter expert on data, GenAI, and emerging AI technologies.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, ideally with exposure to financial services.
  • Strong understanding of data and AI concepts (including GenAI, AI governance, ethics, and operating models).
  • Proven experience in stakeholder alignment, strategy design, and workshop facilitation.
  • Ability to craft impactful PowerPoint narratives and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity with a collaborative and outcome-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with or advising clients in banking, insurance, or asset management.
  • Familiarity with AI regulations (e.g. EU AI Act) and data governance frameworks.
  • Strategic understanding of data platforms, tooling, and analytics lifecycle (non-technical depth).
  • Demonstrated thought leadership or business development in AI or data strategy domains.
