The college are seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants to support students with a range of learning disabilities and complex needs, including profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), ASD, communication needs, behavioural needs and personal care requirements.

The Role:
- Support young adults across college setting, aged 16-19

Requirements:
- Experience in SEND, care, or educational settings
- Comfortable with personal care and high-needs support
- Patient, kind-natured and physically fit for a hands-on role
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
