We’re looking for an organised, creative, and proactive Marketing & Studio Assistant to join fast-moving FMCG team. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same — you’ll provide vital support to both the marketing function and the in-house studio, ensuring campaigns and creative projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities of a Marketing & Studio Assistant:
- Support the marketing team with campaign planning, execution, and reporting li>Assist with the creation and adaptation of marketing assets across print, digital, and social media
- Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate projects
- Manage the organisation of marketing collateral and product samples
- Provide administrative and studio support, ensuring artwork is correctly briefed, checked, and delivered
- Help maintain brand consistency across all materials and communications
About You:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrator/Artworker or in a similar
design role - Experience working within the FMCG industry or within a manufacturing business < i>Strong organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail
- Confident using design and office software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office)
- Creative flair and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
