This is an exciting opportunity to lead a small team, manage resources effectively, and ensure the smooth running of our NPD (New Product Development) studio. You’ll play a vital role in coordinating the sample process — from materials procurement to final delivery — ensuring everything is completed on time, to budget, and to the highest standard.

What you’ll be doing

  • Planning and managing sample materials, budgets, and inventory using Rubicon.
  • Coordinating with procurement, NPD, technical, and operations teams to meet customer deadlines.

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ideally experience with Rubicon.
  • Knowledge of retail packaging production or supply chain processes.
  • A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work across all levels.
  • Flexibility to work longer hours during peak flower events (e.g. Valentine’s Day).
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Basic floristry knowledge is a bonus.

What you’ll bring

  • Calmness and efficiency when managing multiple customer requests.
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach with a tenacious eye for quality.
  • Professionalism, resourcefulness, and a genuine passion for delivering results.

Why join us?

This is more than just a management role — it’s a chance to directly influence how our products reach major retail customers, ensuring we deliver excellence at every stage. You’ll be at the heart of a creative, collaborative, and dynamic team, with opportunities to make a real impact in a growing business.

If this sounds like your next challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
