Hours: 9am-5:30pm Monday - Friday

This role will be full time office based

Key Responsibilities :

  • Answer phone calls, manage meeting room bookings, and welcome guests and visitors
  • Keep the reception area and office tidy and presentable
  • manage incoming and outgoing post
  • Order and maintain office and stationery supplies as well as managing relationships with suppliers
  • Manage recycling practices
  • Oversee maintenance contracts
  • Maintain fire and security checks, carry out alarm tests, drills and assist with health and safety
  • Assist with the recruitment process and onboarding new employees
  • Help organise events,
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant and HR Business Partner
  • Other duties as and when required

  • Leading the team 

Inspire and develop a team of photographers and stylists through regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and training. You’ll set the creative standard and lead by example.

  • Stakeholder collaboration 

Work closely with Marketing, Creative, and Product teams to understand their needs and deliver on expectations. You’ll be the go-to person for all things studio-related.

  • Budget management
