- 7+ years of retail experience, ideally in a management or senior supervisory role
- At least 3 years of experience in tailoring, pattern cutting, or garment construction
- Confidence in pinning customers for alterations and inspecting garments for repairs
- Proven track record of leading, motivating, and developing teams
- Strong operational and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Resilient and resourceful, able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about quality craftsmanship and customer service excellence

This company's clients include architecture, design, hospitality and interiors - you will support the studio team across a real variety of duties including:
- PA support including expenses, diary management, client liaison
- HR support for Operations Director
- Running the London studio including orders, supplies, meet and greet, keeping everything looking great
- Marketing and comms support including assisting with studio and client events
- Digital, web and social media support / including content
- Financial / bookkeeping support including company fleet admin, POs, project cost tracking and budgets
This role would suit a candidate with 6-12 months' experience in a support role (administration / PA / studio support) who has excellent multitasking and communication skills.
