We are looking for a creative, fashion-forward Wig Stylist who understands hairstyling to help customers find the perfect wig and showcase trends on social media and live streaming platforms. *Key Role Value*nAs a Wig Stylist & Fashion Consultant, you will not only be a salesperson but also a personal stylist, image consultant, and content creator for social media. Your role will include:n Offering wig styling advice based on customers’ face shapes and style preferences to create their ideal look;n Providing expert wig care, fitting, and styling services to enhance the customer experience;n Planning and creating social media content and live streams in-store to promote the brand;n Conducting training on wig products and care to enhance the team's professionalism.

*Responsibilities*

* *Wig Styling & Care Services*n* Provide basic services such as cutting, detangling, perming, and dyeing wigs to make them more personalised for each customer.n* Guide customers on how to properly wear and care for their wigs.n* Perform wig trimming, custom adjustments, and styling to meet specific customer needs.n* Be knowledgeable about different types of wigs (human hair, synthetic, lace front, etc.) and assist customers in choosing the most suitable style.n* *In-Store Sales & Customer Service*n* Provide professional wig selection advice in-store, catering to various needs, including fashion, medical, and everyday wear.n* Use personalised recommendations and styling to increase sales conversions and customer satisfaction.n* Maintain the store's wig display area, ensuring that the products are neatly presented and aesthetically appealing.n* *Training & Team Empowerment*n* Train in-store staff on wig products and styling techniques to improve their expertise.n* Organise internal sharing sessions on wig care, sales techniques, and market trends.n* Develop a product training manual to ensure all team members understand core product knowledge.n* *Social Media Content Creation & Live Streaming*n* Plan and shoot content for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, including styling tutorials, wig reviews, and trend highlights, in line with the in-store atmosphere.n* Set up live streaming sessions in the store during quiet times to share styling tips, wig care advice, and increase brand exposure.n* Stay updated on social media trends and create engaging content to help the brand gain visibility.n* *Customer Relationship Maintenance & Brand Promotion*n* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, offering personalised wig care advice through regular follow-ups.n* Participate in brand promotion activities, such as online marketing campaigns, offline salons, and community management, to boost the brand’s visibility.n* Gather market feedback to suggest product improvements that can better meet customer needs.

*Requirements*

* *Essential*n* (experience in beauty salons, fashion retail, or wig industry is preferred).n* Proficient in basic hairdressing skills such as cutting, perming, and styling, with the ability to provide wig trimming and care services.n* Knowledge of face shape and hairstyle matching, with a good sense of styling.n* Strong communication skills, with the ability to patiently answer customer queries and provide attentive service.n* Experience in training, with the ability to share wig product knowledge and care tips with team members.n* Fluent in English and comfortable communicating with customers from diverse backgrounds.n* *Desirable*n* Experience in social media management or short video production, with the ability to plan and create content independently.n* Live streaming experience, with the confidence to introduce products and interact with viewers on camera.n* A good understanding of wig-wearing trends in the UK market and a deep interest in the fashion industry.n* Basic photography and editing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality social media content.n* *Soft Skills*n* Creative and proactive in generating social media content ideas.n* Strong aesthetic sense and fashion awareness, keeping up with industry trends.n* Driven by sales, with a desire to boost performance through professional knowledge and social media platforms.n* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and handle pressure.
