Key responsibilities will be:
- Draft and support surveillance programmes and related documents as needed.
- Ensure construction works comply with work information and notify stakeholders of defects before completion.
- Review contractor performance against authorised inspection and test plans (ITP) and work information.
- Submit details to the NEC Supervisor for quality-related amending documents.

Education, Experience and Skills:
You will have broad working knowledge of Construction & Installation techniques, particularly welding & NDT of piping systems and associated equipment. knowledge of the FIDIC contracts and working in the nuclear industry would be an advantage. With proven management skills and experience in roles on a variety of Major Projects. Other requirements for this role also include:
- Extensive Senior Welding Inspector or NDT experience and advance qualifications.
- Experienced Welding Engineers and Welding Quality Control Coordinators will also be considered.
- Experience in the nuclear industry with a strong emphasis on safety.
- Knowledge of quality assurance standards, particularly ISO9001.

Once presented to the client you will then assist with placing orders, arrange pre start meetings and then oversee the scheme in conjunction with the delivery team and carry out the standard project management role.
