Job Title: Dispatch Supervisor – Be the Driving Force Behind a Growing Operation in the sporting and E-Commerce industry.
Location: Hartlebury, Kidderminster (Worcestershire)
Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 + Performance Bonus
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Some weekends/flexible hours may be required) with typical working hours 7:30am - 17:00pm

- Take full ownership of the dispatch function — you’ll be the go-to person ensuring smooth and efficient outbound operations. li>Lead by example on the warehouse floor and support the wider logistics/warehouse team.

Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the most effective distribution of labour in the team li>Correctly complete RTW’s for employee’s when they have been absent
- Ensure team members are working in a safe environment and are following H&S precautions
- Plan and foresee trends in the volume of product through the department
- Perform Informal Discussions when needed with an employee when their conduct falls below Company Standards
- Ensure teamwork towards and meet agreed daily and weekly targets
- Ensure the vehicles have been loaded in a safe manner
- Waste management, compacting, offcuts and bins
- Be able to evaluate a load safely for lifting
- Investigate any missing items off a load and resolve the issue before delivery is made
- Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service and Transport to overcome operation issues
- Resolve customer complaints via portal
- Checking Goods In when items or collections are turned on vehicles
- Effectively using scanning system
Personal Specification:
- Have good written and verbal communication
- Have excellent time keeping and punctuality

Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday 12:00 – 20:30 and Friday 09:00 – 17:30 with an hour unpaid break
