Supervisor (Planned Maintenance)
- Oversee and deliver both internal and external planned maintenance works across Northern Home Counties.
- Example of works: kitchen and bathrooms replacements, internal decoration , flooring renewals, external repairs and redecoration, window and door replacements etc.
- Accurately price jobs using a strong understanding of Schedule of Rates (SOR) codes (essential).
- Manage on-site teams, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Profile:
- Proven experience in planned maintenance supervision, preferably across internal and external packages.
- Strong competence with SOR codes and job pricing systems (essential).
- Longevity with current/recent employer.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to deliver to tight deadlines and maintain high standards.
- Effective communication capable of handling stakeholders.
- Flexible approach and readiness to work throughout Northern Home Counties.
