**Supplier Quality Specialist - UK - Northern Ireland**
The Boeing Company is currently hiring a Supplier Quality Specialist in the Northern Ireland. This role is for a Supplier Quality Representative site-based at a supplier's facility. **This position will be hybrid working, with an expectation to work onsite every week either in Kilkeel or Portadown.**
**The selected candidate will need to be willing to flex working arrangements to fit with changing business and supplier requirements.**
**There will be a semi-regular requirement for travel within the UK.**

+ Minimum of 5 years or more related work experience

- Lead complex supplier development and recovery missions to safeguard delivery and quality
- Drive continuous improvement roadmaps with strategic suppliers and their sub-tiers
- Facilitate transformation initiatives using Lean, APQP, and Six Sigma tools
- Support cross-functional teams in major Transfers of Work or industrial ramp-ups
- Conduct industrial maturity and capacity assessments
- Serve as the performance point-of-contact for internal stakeholders across procurement, operations, and programs
- Identify bottlenecks, eliminate inefficiencies, and ensure suppliers can meet tomorrow’s demands — today
- Frequent travel to other sites in UK (2 days a week).
What We Are Looking For
- Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Management or a related field
- Solid background in at least two of the following: procurement, manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or program delivery, (Preferably in Aerospace, Defense, Automotive or Rail)
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Supplier recovery or crisis turnaround
- Lean, Six Sigma, APQP, or problem-solving methodologies
- Capacity and industrial capability assessments
- Major production transfers or global industrialization projects
- MRP and ERP systems (APICS/CPIM is a plus)
