This role will focus on the administration of logistics, customs compliance, and sampling for our textile operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth import/export processes, accurate documentation, and efficient communication with logistics partners.
Key Responsibilities- Update EPOS systems and maintain accurate records.
- Handle and update spreadsheets for shipment and customs tracking.
- Prepare import/export and customs clearance documentation.
- Coordinate with logistics companies (both domestic and international) to book and track shipments.
- Ensure compliance within our bonded warehouse.
- Manage weekly schedules relating to supply chain activities.
- Cut customer samples and continuity samples for quality control purposes.
- Support customs compliance processes in line with regulations.
Essential:
- Previous administrative experience.
- Strong Excel and general Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
Desirable:
- Experience in supply chain or customs administration.
- Familiarity with customs compliance, HS codes, or bonded warehouse procedures.
