A talented Supply Chain Director / Head of Supply Chain is needed by an PE-backed HealthTech, looking to reshape supply chain strategy. As the Supply Chain Director / Head of Supply Chain, you'll oversee Planning & Analysis, Procurement, Inventory Management, Logistics, and Reverse Logistics. You will ensure the supply chain is efficient, responsive, and resilient, meeting the evolving demands of the business.
Salary: £70-80k + Benefits

As Supply Chain Director / Head of Supply Chain you will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners enhance supplier performance and boost customer satisfaction.
- Support both immediate performance and long-term growth, delivering value across the entire supply chain.
Supply Chain Director / Head of Supply Chain must have:
- Deep understanding of procurement, inventory management, S&OP, distribution, and reverse logistics, including proficiency with supply chain management tools, data analytics platforms, and ERP systems.
- Proven experience leading supply chain teams in both conventional and consumer-driven environments, across global locations.
- Expertise in managing global supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and performance management as well as driving efficiency through lean or agile methodologies.
