The Technical Support Coordinator will act as a central point of contact for customers, providing timely administrative support in line with the company's Quality Management System. The role will involve working closely with colleagues across departments, suppliers, and customers to ensure accurate and efficient handling of information and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical and administrative assistance to the associated teams.
- Help coordinate the daily activities of the department to ensure smooth operations.
- Gather, interpret, and present key data for reporting purposes.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and suppliers to support business needs.
- Build a strong understanding of the company's product range to confidently resolve more complex enquiries.
- Prepare and complete questionnaires and documentation for customer requests.
- Work with other divisions to ensure product literature and supporting materials are processed accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date awareness of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices through ongoing training and industry events.
Essential Criteria:
- Degree qualified in a science-related subject (preferred).
- Previous experience within a similar environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Good IT literacy, especially with Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident telephone manner.

This is a customer facing role based in Peterborough working for this UK based altnet. These are a well-funded FTTP ISP that are looking to keep diversifying their markets, with both UK and International aspirations.
The Role
In a nutshell, you’ll be the first point of contact for any customers who get in contact if they’re experiencing any Wi-Fi issues. You’ll run through basic troubleshooting questions with them and pass the information across to the field engineering team whilst also organising the engineer’s diaries to ensure that they can get from one job to another with no issue.
Because you’ll be liaising with both external customers and internal colleagues, the ability to manage expectations, spin multiple plates at once, and have clear communication throughout is key.
Ideally, we’re looking for someone with a customer service background with strong admin skills. For this role, we’re open to any industry background given that you’re willing to learn anything you don’t quite know. Having a good attitude and customer service skills are essential for this role. Likewise, you’ll need to be relatively tech savvy and have the ability to pick up any technologies that you may not have been hands on with before.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following stroke.
Position: S11317 Stroke Support Coordinator
Location: Home-based, South of Tyne and Wear. However, frequent travel will be required as part of this role (may include team meetings or other work-related meetings)
Salary: Circa £16,440 per annum (FTE circa £27,400 per annum)
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Contract: Services are contracted and there is currently funding for this contract until 31 March 2027.

The Role
The service aims to identify and address the needs of stroke survivors and carers across the stroke pathway, by providing a range of innovative support solutions, supporting them to meet their desired outcomes.
The Stroke Support Coordinator will:
- Support new stroke survivors and their carers from hospital discharge into the community.
- Provide personalised information, advice and support.
- Support clients to make informed lifestyle changes which will help them to prevent further strokes.
About You
The post holder will have experience/background in:
- A caring profession ideally with experience of supporting people with disabilities.
- Be able to demonstrate previous experience of working collaboratively with other organisations to achieve joint ambitions.
- Ability to use basic Microsoft systems.
This role requires extensive travel across a large geographical locality to visit people at home and in community settings. Candidates must be able to demonstrate how they can meet this requirement of the role.
