Registered Nurse with a current active NMC PIN
A minimum of 2 years post-registration experience from an inpatients setting
Ability to be flexible with a rota
Undertaken a relevant phlebotomy course and current clinical practice in this area
Evidence of continuous professional development
Relevant orthopaedic experience
Good IT skills and ability to use clinical data systems
Be able to demonstrate knowledge of NMC professional code of conduct and its application.
Understanding of fundamentals of nursing care and ability to deliver a high standard of individualised care.
Up to date clinical skills
Ability to work as part of a team and some experience of managing a small team.
Ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload.

**What you need**
+ Training in a medical / scientific / technical career or a degree in sciences / business based subject (or equivalent experience)
+ Proven success in sales (medical device experience would be advantageous)
+ Proven success in capital sales (understanding of the NHS procurement cycle would be advantageous)
+ An individual who takes 'ownership' with a focus on delivering results
+ Ability to demonstrate your drive and desire to consistently succeed and win
+ Ability to work autonomously, organise your own diary and prioritize workload

**What To Expect:**
+ Conducting sales calls and meeting with key decision makers to introduce/ upsell our portfolio of products.
+ Building rapport with new and existing clients.
+ Presenting and working closely with surgeons, physicians, nursing staff, hospital administration, procurement, supply chain, health care providers and others in order to achieve sales objectives.
+ Providing surgical procedure and technical product support in surgery as well as ongoing customer service in accordance with company policy.
