Service
· Maintain & continually develop organisations Environmental Management System (EMS) to ISO1400
· Coordinate & support Environmental Working Groups (EWG’s).
· Identify, implement and maintain solutions to maintain compliance and continually improve environmental performance (e.g. in areas of waste, water, air, energy etc).
· Maintain and develop systems for tracking environmental performance metrics.
· Deploy an effective internal audit/inspection regime and help facilitate external/third party audits & inspections.
· Evaluate and help manage environmental performance of contractors.
· Engage with internal & external stakeholders to maintain and continually develop ESG/sustainability programmes (e.g. in areas of waste, biodiversity, carbon).
· Develop and deliver training, awareness & communication on environmental/sustainability as appropriate to support positive outcomes.
· Support wider environment and waste department as requested by line management; and support the wider ABM functions as necessary.

· Adopt and promote a safe working environment.
· Effective root cause incident investigation and identification of suitable preventative actions.
· Take a results-orientated approach. Data is recorded, analysed/trended and understood to inform identification of remedial actions.

Requirements
● Bachelor’s Degree in environmental science, sustainability, economics, finance, business administration, engineering, or related field
● Minimum of 3 years’ experience in environmental, sustainability, procurement, or service industry fields
● Experience with ESG reporting frameworks like Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), TCFD, ESRS, etc. and data collection platforms
● Background and understanding of voluntary environmental reporting protocols like GHG Protocol, Scope 3 Protocol, and other tracking a plus
Skills
● Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English.
● Advanced analytical skills in collecting and analysing data from multiple sources.
