We’re looking for an Account Manager or Client Facing Project Manager to manage and administrate project timelines, resourcing and costs around CSR / Sustainability reporting and related communications projects for some of the world’s leading brands and global organisations.


Our client is an award winning and creative consultancy / agency who offer Sustainability and CSR strategy to clients alongside reporting /editorial, campaign and content for a diverse client roster. Working across a handful of important accounts you will lead the coordination of projects and act as a driving force for work through the agency. The Account Manager / Project Administrator will need to be extremely strong with project administration as this is highly important in the role - confident in estimating, quoting and scheduling communications projects and setting up project plans from scopes of work overseeing timing, resource and budgets . You’ll support Senior Account Directors and Consultants who will lead relationships with clients, ensuring everything is in place on projects including setting up meetings, schedules of work, and managing feedback and approvals. You'll make sure projects are able to run smoothly (timings and budget wise) working with the various resource managers to deliver work through the agency departments including Strategy, Copywriting, Creative / design and Production to delivery.


This role will suit and extremely proactive, detail orientated, organised, and personable Account / Project Manager who thrives under pressure! They are looking for someone who is intelligent and positive and keen to work within a sociable team as you act as the linchpin on your accounts and ensure the best possible work can be delivered. You'll also need to enjoy administering projects and be strong with Excel and systems putting together project documentation for internal depts. and clients.

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of transactions.
  • Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Perform detailed variance analysis and provide explanations for financial performance.
  • Support internal and external audit activities, providing required documentation and insights.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and data integrity.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of accounting policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data capture.
Qualifications:
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or UK GAAP.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and internal controls.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
