The Systems Analyst role for Go To Market (GTM) team is integral onboarding and supporting the products that are sold through the GMO making sure that our colleagues can support our customers and we deliver on Sage's strategic vision.
The Systems Analyst will gain an in-depth knowledge of our systems, processes and ways in which our colleagues work. They will troubleshoot both technical issues to ensure end to
end flow of products from sales to reporting and revenue recognition. The Systems Analyst will be responsible for managing the GTM ticket queue that will span multiple regions as we
expand the products being sold through the GMO. They will be logically minded, carry out testing and fixes with a high degree of accuracy and be able to communicate complex
technical flows to others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Works closely with colleagues and support Sage's strategy and objectives.
- Works with business analyst & QA tester resources to deliver product configuration in relative applications to meet the business requirements
- Proactively develops knowledge of our systems and industry standard system configuration frameworks and methodologies.
- Works with the development teams when launches require functionality not available within the GMO platform
- Identifies risks and issues and takes and/or recommends appropriate mitigation.
- Responsible for technical troubleshooting and of fixing issues
- Supporting all aspects of the release process including initial configuration in all relative systems, fixing issues, coordinating tests of issues fixed
- Reviewing other system analysts configuration before and after going live
- Owns personal development and seek out opportunities for further development
Must have:
- Ability to communicate well with colleagues. To listen to the requirements and understand transfer that requirement into the needed configuration
- SQL knowledge to support adding, removing, and updating data along with troubleshooting issues for custom application ·
- Must be a logical thinker who has a good attention to detail.
- Experience working in an application support / Systems Analyst role for 2+ years. ·
- Experience in developing and documenting troubleshooting artefacts
- Understands the importance of building relationships with stakeholder and can communicate complex ideas, requirements, and solutions in a consistent, clear, and effective way.
- Applies an analytical approach to problem solving, can apply (new) concepts and experience to understand and resolve underlying issues.

**Summary**
The MM/PP Business analyst analyzes complex business problems to be solved with SAP (ECC and S/4 HANA) and other associated business applications. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective, offer enhanced business performance and meet user requirements. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit and integration testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements.
