This role drives architecture excellence across analytics domains including Consumer Planning and Insights, Digital Pulse of Consumer, Marketing Effectiveness and Media Optimisation, Experiential, Consumer Engagement, Commerce Experience, Digital Monitoring and Performance. They will also lead the design and implementation of AI and GenAI solution architectures across all Martech domains, ensuring consistency, compliance, and forward-looking innovation. Qualifications and Experience Required + 10+ years of experience in IT, data, or software engineering, including 5+ years in analytics and AI architecture roles. + Strong background in consumer and marketing analytics technologies, data platforms, and experience with experimentation platforms. + Hands-on experience with AI/ML, including GenAI architecture, LLMs, prompt engineering frameworks, and MLOps practices. + Proven leadership in designing and scaling data-driven solutions across global, matrixed organisations. + Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
