We are looking for a System Technician to support the administration, maintenance, and operation of the Brightly Confirm system for the M25 Strategic Road Network. This role is crucial in ensuring data accuracy, troubleshooting issues, and assisting users with system functionality. Working under the System Administrator, you will provide frontline technical support, contribute to system improvements, and help maintain the reliability of the asset management system.
Your Purpose:
- User Support: Assist system users, including maintenance teams and planners, with queries and troubleshooting basic issues.
- Data Management: Input, validate, and maintain accurate records of assets, inspections, and work orders within Confirm.
- System Monitoring: Support the System Administrator in monitoring system performance, identifying issues, and escalating where necessary.
- Training & Guidance: Provide basic training to end-users on system functionality and best practices.
- Configuration Support: Assist in updating workflows, templates, and settings within the system as directed.
- Reporting & Analysis: Help generate system reports and dashboards for management and operational teams.
What you can bring:
- Experience working with Brightly Confirm or similar asset management/maintenance management systems.
- Strong attention to detail with experience in data entry, validation, and reporting.
- Basic IT troubleshooting skills and an understanding of database structures.
- Experience in highways, transportation, or infrastructure industries.
- Basic SQL knowledge and an understanding of system integrations.
