Supporting Enterprise level application implementations, including programming, testing and commissioning, and project completion activities.nProvide remote support and expert advice for break-fix events across client sites in the UK, Ireland, EMEA, and APAC regions.nOversee and manage the service and maintenance of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and break-fix requirements, integrating these responsibilities into the Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations, particularly for senior engineers.nParticipation in the Request for Change (RFC) Change Control process system to support PPM and break-fix activities.nSupervise and oversee documentation for the commissioning process and ensure final sign-off.nManage and maintain the commissioning folders for each project, ensuring accuracy and completeness.nOccasionally travel within the UK and Central Europe to support critical security infrastructure projects or to resolve urgent break-fix issues.nOversee and execute the system configuration of the C-Cure and Victor servers for adding new or modifying existing installationsnProcess the administration of systems, providing a robust triage service through a 24/7 Command Centre for all reported technical issues and manage any subsequent requirement and fault resolution from the vendor engineer.nMonitor technical bulletins and liaise with the technical support functions to manage any known issues that could affect the specific product lines and provide management with advice on recommended mitigations.nResponsible for ensuring that system projects are completed, from requirements gathering, and system/solutions design, through to deployment within agreed deadlines, within budget, and any potential issues escalated in line with internal policy while maintaining the clientu2019s best interests.nAct as the main point of escalation technically and operationally.nWork collaboratively in a multidisciplinary global team.nPrepare and deliver accurate weekly reports covering incidents, downtime, and business impact across all platforms, in alignment with the client lead requirements.nProvide communications within the group and actively participate in meetings.nContinually ensure that practices, policies, strategy, and services represent the client’s and the Company’s best interests.nWhat we are looking for
Experienced and certified in C-Cure 9000 AACS Application level 2 and Genetec Synergis and security centre.nExperienced and certified in Victor VMS/CCTV Application.nA high level of proficiency and expertise relevant to the design, deployment, and management of integrated Enterprise physical and technical security systems. This will include a comprehensive understanding of ICT Infrastructure, hosting arrangement, and networks.nProven record of working on successful physical security system implementations/migrations, capable of delivering quality solutions and outcomes within complex and time-sensitive environments.nHighly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite including Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.nThe ability to identify and meet project deadlines and deliverables.nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external parties.nNB:

Build and implement Technical Solutions:
- Assist Solution Architects with initial testing and POC of Cyber Security solutions.
- Implement infrastructure, networking and integration components as per the approved design.
- Collaborate with the Solution Architects to ensure all build related work is complete, documented and ready for testing.

- Prior experience deploying Data classification using Microsoft Purview for a large enterprise.
- Experience collaborating with the Security Operations Centre (SOC) to optimise security monitoring, response planning and execution.
- Understanding of vulnerability management and threat landscape detection and remediation.
- Proven experience in being part of Disaster Recovery and Business continuity testing for critical applications.
- Ability to perform basic Active directory administration tasks for project work such as user, group and Group policy updates.
Essential Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Experience of the M365 security stack : Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Entra ID, Device management using Intune, Identity Governance.
