Our client is a leading family run business withing the construction industry who is looking to add a new HGV Mechanic to their expanding team. The role will be based out of their Wembleysite.
The role of Fitter involves the following tasks.
The key responsibilities for the role are:
- Undertake the correct and regular maintenance and calibration of all equipment in accordance with instructions.
- Undertake maintenance of fleet as qualified and directed.
- Provide details of engine hours worked information for each item of plant.
- Undertake routine testing of safety-critical systems and equipment as directed.
- Undertake routine inspection of vehicles.
- Maintain comprehensive records, both electronically and in hard copy, for each vehicle and item of plant and equipment.
- Maintain and inspect lifting accessories.
- Provide on-site fitter cover

Mobile Electrician needed for a well-known Facilities Management organisation based in Stoke who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Mobile Electrician that takes pride in their work.
The successful candidate must have be a Trade qualified Electrician with at least 5-years post apprenticeship experience. To be successful you must also hold your 18th Edition.

What the role entails:
Some of the main duties of the Mobile Electrician will include:
- Maintenance and repair of Electrical Systems
- Excellent fault finding and diagnosis skills a must
- Carry out Installation work and complete appropriate Certification
- Operation and interrogation of BMS
- Basic knowledge in building fabric repairs
- Ensure all PPM is carried out in accordance with the maintenance specification and documented in real time using the PDA to log start/wait/stop completion and travel times with appropriate comments to evidence completion of work
- Update customers CAFM system in real time with start/wait/stop completion times and provide full description of works undertaken, advising of any follow-on works required
- Attend site in response to breakdowns or failures of the equipment outside of normal working hours (call outs). Take part in the regional on-call rota
What experience you need to be the successful Mobile Electrician :
- A recognised industry qualification will be required, and previous experience is essential
- QC Number required
- 18th Edition is essential
- Trade qualified Electrician with at least 5-years post apprenticeship experience
- Legionella awareness (preferable - can provide training)
- Asbestos awareness (preferable but not essential)
- MEWP Licence (preferable but not essential)
- First aid trained (preferable but not essential)
- Must have a full clean drivers licence
