Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process across all commercial functions, from briefing through to offer and onboarding.
- Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to define workforce plans and hiring priorities.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive talent.
- Leverage data, pipeline metrics, and market trends to inform and optimise recruitment strategies.
- Champion diversity and inclusion , ensuring fair and inclusive hiring practices.
- Coach and support hiring teams by delivering interview best practices and training.
- Negotiate offers and collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process .
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance both recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
- Maximise the use of ATS systems (Teamtailor) and CRM tools to manage pipelines effectively.
- Work closely with the employer branding team to create engaging job adverts, social campaigns, and talent attraction initiatives .
- Contribute to internal hiring projects, including DEI programmes, talent pipelining, and recruitment team development .
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years' experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, with a strong focus on commercial roles.
- Proven track record in headhunting, direct sourcing, and passive talent engagement .
- Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to analyse metrics and optimise outcomes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills .
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment is advantageous.

We currently have 2 positions available for experienced Talent Acquisition Partners to work with a prestigious Defence client based in Filton. There are 2 positions available, a 12 month and 6-month contract. The role requires a hybrid working pattern with the post holder required to be on site a minimum of 3 days per week.
Duties required
Day-to-day, you will manage every aspect of recruitment on your portfolio of vacancies, from initial
briefing through to offer stage, hiring a broad mix of skills.
Predominantly focused on attracting and sourcing technical / engineering profiles, you’ll need to use every technique you’ve gained as an experienced TA professional to find the best people.
You'll be in close proximity to your stakeholders in the business, so you should be comfortable
understanding business needs and confident in talking honestly and openly as a true business
partner.
How you will contribute to the team
Create attractive, compliant and diversity-friendly job adverts to promote your vacancies.
Screen applications, actively contribute to the candidate selection and decision making
process.
Define the most appropriate sourcing strategy, channels and social media to identify and
attract the most talented people (using a mix of passive, active and direct sourcing)

Skills and Experience required
Extensive recruitment experience, ideally from working as an agency Recruitment
Consultant, combined with some experience of in-house / internal or RPO
Ideally you will have recruited for technical or engineering skills and know what it takes to
attract and engage the best people
Strong sourcing and attraction skills, both proactive and reactive – proven experience in
sourcing difficult-to-find profiles
A comprehensive understanding of the labour market, the associated challenges and how to
overcome them

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
+ Very good assessment and interviewing skills; strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes.
+ Good knowledge of the recruiting landscape with the ability to produce external trends, market intelligence, and industry insights.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Ability to build relationships and sustain trust with people at all levels of an organization.
