**ROLE DESCRIPTION:**
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work the business in identifying, engaging and attracting talent internally and externally as well as providing a great candidate experience through the hiring process. You will partner with hiring managers and improve candidate attraction and experience, guiding hiring managers and candidates through a 'best in class' recruiting experience. This role is fully office based. Experience working in agency recruiting, to delivery metrics, and at pace, is a significant plus.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Deliver a timely and responsive end-to-end recruitment process for UK and Europe: creating hire briefs and job specs with managers for high volume or specialist roles; sourcing; benchmarking; interviewing; making offers; onboarding.
+ Manage applicant tracking system and building candidate pipelines and talent pools
+ Planning for critical recruitment points in the year
+ Manage agency and supplier relationships
+ Proactively develop and maintain relationships with candidates and ensure positive candidate experience throughout process.
+ Ensure that diversity and inclusion is a key part of the recruitment and people strategy
+ Manage recruitment administration
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
+ Demonstrable work experience in end-to-end recruitment role - internal or agency
+ Experience recruiting in Europe, outside of UK
+ Language skills: French, German or Spanish
+ Excellent communication skills both written and oral
+ Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline

This role will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various sectors for our diverse client portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a range of roles, from initial job profiling to offer negotiation.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre candidates, utilising job boards, social media, networking, and candidate databases.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing expert advice and market insights.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Utilise the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) efficiently to manage candidate data and recruitment pipelines.

  • Stay up-to-date with recruitment trends and employment legislation.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent pool development.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruitment Consultant, or similar role, ideally within an agency or in-house setting.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and ATS platforms.
  • Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate engagement strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and clients.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

In this role, you’ll blend hands-on hiring with project management to help design and roll out scalable processes and embed best practices that modernise how we attract and engage talent.   • Lead end-to-end recruitment for tech, product, and business roles on a global scale.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable processes that modernise how we hire.
  • Leverage the latest tools, automation, and AI to increase speed, quality, and consistency in hiring.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs, shape role requirements, and deliver outstanding results.
  • Run strategic projects to streamline workflows, enhance reporting, and elevate the candidate experience.
  • Champion employer branding initiatives that position Midnite as a top destination for talent.
