**ROLE DESCRIPTION:**
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work the business in identifying, engaging and attracting talent internally and externally as well as providing a great candidate experience through the hiring process. You will partner with hiring managers and improve candidate attraction and experience, guiding hiring managers and candidates through a 'best in class' recruiting experience. This role is fully office based. Experience working in agency recruiting, to delivery metrics, and at pace, is a significant plus.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Deliver a timely and responsive end-to-end recruitment process for UK and Europe: creating hire briefs and job specs with managers for high volume or specialist roles; sourcing; benchmarking; interviewing; making offers; onboarding.
+ Manage applicant tracking system and building candidate pipelines and talent pools
+ Planning for critical recruitment points in the year
+ Manage agency and supplier relationships
+ Proactively develop and maintain relationships with candidates and ensure positive candidate experience throughout process.
+ Ensure that diversity and inclusion is a key part of the recruitment and people strategy
+ Manage recruitment administration
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
+ Demonstrable work experience in end-to-end recruitment role - internal or agency
+ Experience recruiting in Europe, outside of UK
+ Language skills: French, German or Spanish
+ Excellent communication skills both written and oral
+ Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline

Role Overview
We’re seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our end-to-end recruitment strategy. This is a hands-on role where you’ll own the full 360 recruitment cycle, from job posting, shortlisting and candidate attraction to interviews and onboarding. You’ll focus primarily on hiring high-performing Sales Executives, BDMs, Tutors, and Assessors , but may support recruitment across other departments as the business evolves.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full 360 recruitment process , including job advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Work with the SLT to establish current and future requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand role requirements and develop compelling job descriptions and adverts.
- Understand the compliance requirements for job roles and ensure we remain compliant.
- Use creative strategies to attract top talent , including open days, digital campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for core roles (Sales, BDMs, Tutors, Assessors).
- Organise and run interview processes , ensuring candidate experience is professional and aligned with CST’s values.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and adapt sourcing strategies to optimise results.
- Manage ATS and recruitment admin, ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Identify challenges and opportunities to improve hiring processes , candidate experience, and time-to-fill metrics.
- Report regularly to senior leadership on recruitment progress and challenges.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process in collaboration with HR and line managers.
- Nuture new starts within the business to ensure they are progressing correctly.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience and demonstrable success in end-to-end recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Strong track record in hiring for sales and/or education-focused roles
- Confident running multiple processes independently and at pace
- Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery mindset
- Skilled in candidate sourcing and headhunting using LinkedIn and job boards with an established personal network within the training sector.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience organising or participating in open days, job fairs or talent events is a plus
- Comfortable working autonomously and remotely, with high accountability
