Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates across all corporate levels using LinkedIn and direct search methods.
- Build and manage shortlists for roles in Finance, People, Corporate Delivery, and CEO Office.
- Deliver a high-touch, “white glove” sourcing service.
- Work independently without reliance on agencies.
- Operate within a fast-paced two-week advertising-to-shortlisting cycle.
- Collaborate closely with the internal Talent Acquisition team.
- Ensure quality and speed in candidate delivery.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar sourcing-focused role

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role, fully embedded on-site with the client as part of WNTD’s partnership team. You’ll work directly alongside senior leadership, programme heads, and technical stakeholders to deliver the hires that will power the company’s first large-scale buildout — a multi-phase rollout designed to transform Europe’s AI landscape.
You’ll operate at the centre of one of the most significant technology build programmes in the market, ensuring every role is delivered with precision, pace, and impact.
What You’ll Do
- Operate as a key member of the WNTD embedded team, working full-time on-site with the client to deliver technical and operational hires aligned to critical build milestones.
- Manage the full delivery process — identifying, engaging, and coordinating candidates through to offer stage — with an emphasis on speed, accuracy, and execution.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationship with internal teams and hiring managers at all levels.
