What you'll be doing:

What we're looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience in high-volume recruitment environments with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships with hiring managers and business partners
  • Proficiency in candidate sourcing and headhunting techniques across social platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed and CV Library.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems, with Workday knowledge being advantageous

Our Managed Services client is recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead and evolve their recruitment function. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic and hands-on recruiter to join a growing business and make a real impact.

Summary & Purpose of the Role:

You will oversee the Talent Acquisition function by developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies that deliver best-in-class service to both candidates and hiring managers. Responsible for the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, you'll manage recruitment data and insights, and partner with stakeholders across the business to ensure current and future talent needs are met effectively.

This role requires adaptability and strong relationship-building skills, as you'll be working closely with various teams across the Group. We're looking for an ambitious, customer-centric individual with a proven track record in attracting top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition function across the business.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Deliver a best-in-class experience for candidates and hiring managers.

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Role Overview


We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our HR team on a fixed-term contract basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in attracting and selecting top talent to meet our organization's needs. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to streamline the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored strategies for sourcing candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer management.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experiences, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient candidate tracking system to ensure timely communication and follow-up.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.
  • Relevant degree or professional qualification in Human Resources or a related field is desirable.
