Expertise in adult learning, behavioral science, and modern instructional design practices, with hands-on development of blended and digital solutions (Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Cornerstone LMS).
Strong technical proficiency in customizing learning experiences (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), alongside multimedia production skills in video, audio, graphics, and animation.
Knowledge of accessibility standards, and a track record of embedding inclusive principles into content and leadership strategies.

- Ideally you will have previously worked for a complex and highly regulated not-for-profit organisation whose strong values are at the heart of everything they do.
- You will be fully CIPD qualified or part-qualified, however, experience is key for this role.
