As the HR Manager for Talent & Development, you will design and implement robust talent management frameworks, including recruitment processes, onboarding, succession planning, and leadership development programs. You will work closely with senior management to identify future talent needs and create initiatives that foster employee growth, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of best practices in talent management and a proven ability to execute impactful HR programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the full talent acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing and selection to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
  • Establish and manage performance management systems and processes.
  • Lead succession planning initiatives to identify and develop future leaders.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand talent needs and workforce planning.
  • Develop and manage HR policies and procedures related to talent and development.
  • Analyse HR data to track key metrics and inform talent strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and best practices.
  • Manage the HR budget for talent and development initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience.
  • Substantial experience in HR, with a proven focus on Talent Management, Recruitment, and Learning & Development.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing talent strategies.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with HRIS and talent management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
