We are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to join our team UK Talent Acquisition Team. In this role, you will be working within our dedicated sourcing team, working to find candidates for a number of our existing vacancies, this may include online mapping, online database searches and managing our candidate pipelines. Working alongside our TA Specialists you will:
+ Creatively source candidates for our hard to fill opportunities using a variety of online tools & methods and utilising already known candidates
+ Engaging with and screening candidates across multiple vacancies, conducting phone screens to assess suitability
+ Building relationships with both current and future candidates to support Stantec's brand in external talent market
+ Working alongside TA Specialist and in collaboration with hiring manager, managing sourced candidate throughout the recruitment process until point of offer.
+ Develop and manage our candidate pipelines, acts as SME in assigned discipline.
+ Utilise market insights/market intel to encourage best practice and support hiring across the business.
Key to your success will be your desire to develop creative candidate sourcing strategies. You will be passionate about sourcing candidates and developing ongoing candidate relationships, with the candidate experience at the fore front of your mind. You will also build effective relationships with internal stakeholders/hiring managers within Stantec.
This role will be based out of our Reading office, and we operate on a hybrid basis with minimum of three days per week in the office.
**About you**
+ Experienced in candidate resourcing in an existing in-house recruitment team, or you are currently working in a recruitment agency side looking for your first step to move in-house.
+ You will have a proven track record of devising creative sourcing strategies and delivering suitable candidates.
+ You are not afraid to work at pace in a high-volume recruitment function, and are comfortable at building relationships with internal hiring stakeholders and able to work collaboratively with the wider TA team.
+ You will have experience in devising online sourcing strategies and have experience using LinkedIn Recruiter/Insights
+ Any technical construction or engineering experience will be highly regarded.

**Purpose of the role**

+ Benchmark & challenge current supplier portfolio.
+ Manage KPIs reporting and consolidation within the whole local sourcing group.
+ Advanced collaboration with GE Key Commodity Leaders.
+ Work closely with Tendering activities to ensure accuracy.
+ Facilitate action plan when Quality or Logistics issues with suppliers.
Desired Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with Sourcing / Supply chain education preferred.
+ Experienced commodity manager, advanced experience and demonstrated years in Sourcing & Commodity management.
+ English spoken.

+ Previous Sourcing experience essential.
+ Knowledge of purchasing practices, principles, and procedures.
+ Ability to analyse and present statistical data.
