This is an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level lawyer (NQ–4 PQE) seeking hands-on experience across a wide variety of tax matters. The role will involve advising on tax aspects of M&A and venture capital transactions, corporate restructuring, and employee share schemes, providing valuable exposure to high-quality, complex work in a supportive environment.
The position will suit an NQ solicitor who has completed a seat in Corporate Tax or a junior Tax lawyer looking for a new challenge and career progression within a dynamic team. Commonwealth qualified lawyers with relevant experience (and Right To Work in the UK) are welcome to apply.
