- A PhD in Educational Leadership, Policy, Management, or a closely related discipline.
- A strong track record of research and publication in leading peer-reviewed journals.
- Demonstrable experience of securing external research funding.
- Significant experience in teaching at postgraduate level, preferably within a higher education setting.
- Experience in supervising doctoral students to successful completion.
- Expertise in educational leadership theory, practice, and policy analysis.
- Excellent pedagogical skills, with experience in designing and delivering effective online learning experiences.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
