About the Role:
This paid, full-time role places you at the heart of school life. You'll work alongside experienced staff, support students across various subjects, and gradually take on more teaching responsibility-laying the groundwork for a successful teaching career.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering pre-planned lessons with guidance from teaching staff
Providing one-to-one and small group support where needed
Managing classroom behaviour and encouraging student engagement
Assisting with lesson planning, marking, and general classroom admin
