We are looking for enthusiastic Welsh speaking Swimming Teachers, to join our friendly and professional team. You will be part of our successful swim school team, teaching either in a group or individual lessons. You will need to have a passion for swimming and teaching ensuring that excellent customer service is being delivered at all times. You must be able to communicate and deliver a swimming lesson in Welsh. The candidate must hold a Level 2 Swimming Teacher Qualifications however the relevant full training will be provided to the most suitable candidate. This post is subject to a DBS check.

Our client is seeking a passionate and innovative Early Years Educator with a specialization in Curriculum Development to join their forward-thinking educational institution. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute to shaping early childhood education from anywhere in the UK. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and refining engaging and developmentally appropriate curricula for children aged 0-5 years. Your primary focus will be on creating learning experiences that foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development, aligning with national early years frameworks. This involves developing lesson plans, activity guides, and educational resources that are both stimulating and inclusive. You will research and integrate best practices in early childhood education, ensuring that the curriculum is up-to-date and reflects current pedagogical thinking. A key aspect of this role will be to create adaptable learning modules that can be delivered effectively in various educational settings, and to develop assessment tools that accurately measure children's progress. Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of child development theories and national early years frameworks (e.g., EYFS).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools for content creation, online collaboration, and resource management.
  • Ability to conduct research and integrate best practices into curriculum design.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills applied to educational challenges.
