Qualifications:
  • Recognised Early Years Qualification (e.g.,CACHE Level 3, BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Studies, EYPS or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience working directly with young children in an early years setting.
  • Demonstrated experience in curriculum design, planning, or development for the early years sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of early learning frameworks (e.g., EYFS, Montessori, Reggio Emilia).
  • Excellent writing, communication, and content creation skills.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for content development and collaboration.
  • Strong research skills and ability to synthesize information from various sources.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for early childhood education.
  • Ability to work independently, manage projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
