- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in curriculum design and development, with a focus on online learning.
- Proven experience with adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies.
- Proficiency in using LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Captivate).
- Excellent content writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong project management and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a remote setting.
- Experience in educational technology and online learning environments.
