You will be responsible for the design, development, and evaluation of high-quality curricula across various subjects and levels. This includes conceptualising course structures, developing learning objectives, creating instructional materials (e.g., lesson plans, presentations, assessments, multimedia content), and ensuring alignment with pedagogical best practices and industry standards. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, multimedia developers, and quality assurance specialists to bring educational content to life. A key aspect of your role will involve applying adult learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create learner-centred experiences. You will also be involved in the evaluation of curriculum effectiveness through student feedback, performance data, and assessment results, using this feedback to iterate and improve learning materials.
